If a browser’s session cookies are not enabled, you could experience items disappearing from your basket when you checkout.

Open up Internet Explorer and click Tools->Internet Options (AOL: Settings->Preferences)

Click the Privacy tab, then click the Advanced button. Note: it does not matter what the slide rule setting is.

Check the box that says “Override automatic cookie handling”

Put a check in the box for “Always allow session cookies”. If the First-party Cookies and Third-party Cookies are set to Block, you can still place orders and you will get all of your basket information without a problem. However, if you want to be able to check order status these Cookies must be set to Accept.

Finally, click OK and then click OK again.
